The House meeting witnessed a continued obstruction from opposition parties on Wednesday as well.It is the fourth time the Parliament was forced to postpone the meeting without entering into the agenda owing to the opposition parties’ protests.As soon as the meeting began today, Rastriya Janamorcha Chairman Chitra Bahadur KC spoke on behalf of the opposition parties and said the parties would not let the Parliament proceed with its business unless the Constitution amendment bill was withdrawn.Subsequently, lawmakers belonging to the parties stood up from their seats, forcing Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar to halt the business.The next meeting has been scheduled for Friday.Parties including the main opposition CPN-UML have been protesting the Constitution amendment bill that the government registered at the House recently, claiming the proposal was against national interests.CPN-ML, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Rastriya Janamorcha and Nepa Rastriya Party have seconded the UML for the obstruction. - See more at: http://www.lightnepalvideo.com/videos/rastriya-janamorcha-chairman-chitra-bahadur-kc-3/#sthash.4V0RR1oE.dpuf
